Strength + Reformer Workshop

Join us for an exciting 90-minute workshop where we delve into the dynamic fusion of strength training and Reformer Pilates, focusing on the power of compound movements. This workshop is designed to examine the intricate relationship between our two fitness concepts, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of how they complement each other to achieve superior strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. Led by our heads of concept Gary and Eva, this is an unmissable chance to explore a new practice, or build an existing one.

If you're a regular Pilates practitioner and weights give you the willies, or if you're a BASE badass who runs from REFORMER - this workshop is for you!
