Sundays just got stronger! This intense, no-rest series combines heavy, medium, and light sets for a powerful workout that raises your heart rate and builds endurance.

Push your limits and end the weekend strong with this advanced strength-training method dedicated to hypertrophy and muscle endurance.

You’ll perform:

• Three sets per exercise: starting heavy, then medium, then light.

• Gradually increasing reps as the load decreases to challenge your endurance and get your heart rate up.
