THE STUDIOS

  • BRIXTON - right opposite Brixton tube station, opposite Morley’s Department store. Look for the bright teal frontage. 10-12 Tunstall Road SW9 8BN. There is some local parking available.

    EAST DULWICH - just round the corner from East Dulwich train station. 10-12 Melbourne Grove, SE22 8QZ. There is street parking available and bike storage.

    WANDSWORTH - on All Saints Passage, behind the church. 3 All Saints Passage, SW18 1EP. Local parking available.

  • You’ll have 15-20 minutes after the last class of the day before we close.

    Please be sensitive to your instructor’s time if you’re in one of our instructor-led studios.

  • Yes, we have lockers, and they’re free to use.We take no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • In Brixton, East Dulwich, and Wandsworth, we have showers, towels, and changing facilities.

    In Deptford, there are toilets for changing but no showers.

  • Yes, towels are available behind the front desk.

    We’ve got hairdryers and straighteners, too.

  • We have a drinking water fountain and encourage you to bring your own water bottle. We sell reusable water bottles if you forget yours.

  • You can preorder a delicious protein shake for after your class to help with your recovery! No snacks right now but we can point you in the right direction in the local area.

  • Yourself! For BASE classes, you must have suitable footwear for HIIT-style training. For REFORMER, you’re welcome to wear grippy socks but we don’t insist on them. We have sweat and shower towels available free of charge. Bring a water bottle - you’re gonna need it.

  • Regrettably, the studios are currently only accessible by stairs, but we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your access needs. Get in touch with us to learn more.

  • The studio is opposite of local bike parking.

  • If you’d like to bring a guest, we can’t wait to meet them! They need to get booked in with us.

    We love dogs but the studios are not dog-friendly.

    Children under 18 cannot be admitted into the studio under any circumstances.

  • It is generally not recommended to start Reformer Pilates when you are pregnant.

    If you have a strong practice already and know your modifications, you are welcome to join a Foundation class upon signing the waiver. If you are pregnant and you are booked into a class that is not suitable for you, you may be turned away. Intense classes are not suitable for pregnancy. Email us for more information.

    For BASE classes, please email us in advance if you’re pregnant.

    We offer an excellent Postnatal course when the time comes.

THE CONCEPTS

  • It’s all about the weights. Maximise your potential with our Strength-Focused Classes. Divided into 3-4 blocks, each with a focus on repetitions or timed intervals, you can customise the workout to your pace and track your progress over time.

  • Join our Conditioning Session, perfect for those seeking to enhance endurance and cardiovascular capacity. Expect high-intensity workouts with bikes, Ski Ergs, bodyweight exercises, and weighted blocks (dumbbells) in rotation.

  • The best of both worlds! Indulge in a special weekend treat with our LO Special, where we combine the best elements of our LIFT & BURN classes into a killer workout.

  • Sunday Service Special is our weekly BASE recovery focused-class where we combine the best elements of our LIFT & BURN classes and combine that with MOBILITY and FLEXIBILITY work. Come and experience a workout that will leave you feeling reinvigorated and ready to take on another week of training.

  • Reformer Pilates is a Pilates class that uses the Reformer bed. It provides a full-body workout that can help develop a strong core and tone a variety of major muscle groups.

    We offer four class types: Foundation, Reformer, Intense and Restore.

  • We advise you to join a minimum of three FOUNDATION classes to begin with so you can be set up safely on the Reformer and develop good habits. If you have a high level of fitness and coordination (perhaps you do a lot of yoga or mat Pilates), you may be able to progress to REFORMER - REFORMER in fewer than three sessions. Get in touch to learn more.

  • You’re welcome to come in and work around your injury but you do so at your own risk. Our trainers are on hand to advise you and offer modifications.

  • We love getting feedback in person but you’re also welcome to email us.

BUYING STUFF

  • Reformer class packs can be used for any reformer classes or any base classes

  • BASE class packs can be used for any BURN or LIFT classes

  • No. Your credits are valid for one month and will then refresh.

  • Memberships can be cancelled with 4 weeks notice, you’ll continue to have access to the classes/studio during this period. This should be actioned by email to hello@levelout.co.uk

  • We allow memberships to be frozen for 2 weeks a year in a consecutive block.

  • We have a no cancellation policy for the first 3 months from the start of your membership.

  • We do not provide refunds in any form.

  • YES! We love hosting private sessions, from hen dos to corporate classes, we’ve got you covered. Just get in touch at hello@levelout.co.uk to learn more.

  • A class pack is a single or group of sessions that you can use as and when before they expire. It’s a one off-purchase, pay as you go. The expiry length kicks in from the date of your first booking.

    Recurring class packs allow you to attend a certain number of classes a month. Your session allowance doesn't roll over. After your three-month minimum term has finished you can then cancel anytime, subject to at least one month’s notice. A membership can be used by the holder only and cannot be shared.

    Members get more. It’s better value, and there’s tons of perks. Speak to a member of the team to learn more.

LATENESS & CANCELLATIONS

  • We have a zero tolerance policy to lateness for your safety and to minimise disruption to class. Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before your session.

  • Cancel 12+ hrs before the class - no consequence.

    Cancel within 12 hrs of the class - £10 charge applied to your account and lose class credit.

    No show to a class - £20 charge applied to your account and lose class credit.

  • We do not provide refunds in any form.

  • You’ll be charged a £20 no-show fee and you’ll lose the credit.
