REFORMER
Foundation
For those new to Reformer, working back from injury or who are looking for an introductory class. This class is intended to give you a full understanding of the basic Reformer moves, to nail the fundamentals and get precise alignment. It’s still a great workout, designed for complete beginners and those looking to perfect the foundations.
Reformer
This is our intermediate level class - for those who have some experience in Reformer Pilates. This is a contemporary class with interesting, creative, and dynamic flows designed to challenge and make you feel great. You'll be given modifications and progressions to help you push your own level. Not suitable for beginners.
Intense
A dynamic class with a deep-burn for experienced Reformer users and regular practitioners. Expect to be challenged with long holds, more reps, and strong sequences. With an upbeat playlist and a supportive instructor, you will leave feeling stronger than ever before. Not suitable for beginners or prenatal.
-
Reformer Pilates is a Pilates class that uses the Reformer bed. It provides a full-body workout that can help develop a strong core and tone a variety of major muscle groups.

It is generally not recommended to start Reformer Pilates when you’re pregnant. If you already have a very strong Pilates practice and know your modifications, you’re welcome to join Foundation classes. Intense classes are not suitable for pregnancy.
-
We advise you to join a minimum of three FOUNDATION classes to begin with so you can be set up safely on the Reformer and develop good habits. If you have a high level of fitness and coordination (perhaps you do a lot of yoga or mat Pilates), you may be able to progress to REFORMER - REFORMER in fewer than three sessions.
