Maximise your potential with our Strength-Focused Classes. Our sessions prioritise time under tension, addressing imbalances and improving stability while elevating your heart rate. Engaging all muscle groups, our full-body workout ensures you leave feeling stronger every time. Divided into 3-4 blocks, each with a focus on repetitions or timed intervals, you can customise the workout to your pace and track your progress over time.

LIFT ENDURANCE

Join our weekly Conditioning Session, perfect for those seeking to enhance endurance and cardiovascular capacity. Expect high-intensity workouts with bikes, Ski Ergs, bodyweight exercises, and weighted blocks (dumbbells) in rotation. Each session is unique but shares the intention of giving your best. Get fitter and feel your absolute best over time!

LO SPECIAL

The best of both worlds! Indulge in a special weekend treat with our LO Special, where we combine the best elements of our LIFT STRENGTH & ENDURANCE classes into a killer workout. Sunday Service is our weekly BASE recovery focused-class where we combine the best elements of our LIFT STRENGTH & ENDURANCE classes and combine that with MOBILITY and FLEXIBILITY work.
